Does anyone have a recent experience with the Launday service I would like to make ssure they still do mens underware and socks ???? We are booked on a 28 day B2B and a 24 day cruise on Celebrity in 2014. That would be a lot ow underware to pack !!!!!!

Yes they do. They are returned washed and folded.

They do wash them and more!:D

 

Watch for the $20 per bag special and stuff all your underwear and socks in the one bag...saves a ton of money! I think we managed nearly $80 of underwear and socks in that $20 bag on our Equinox cruise this past June.

My friends were recently on Equinox and sent some things to be laundered. One thing they noticed is that the logo on some t-shirts (on the back of the neck) were missing. I am assuming they used a very hot press (or something like that). I would only send out the really easy stuff (socks, underwear, etc).

Agreed. We sent four bags of laundry on Constellation, and had five cracked buttons. They don't treat the laundry gently. Being able to take just one suitcase was worth sewing on some buttons, but don't send out any cherished or delicate garment.
