Is there a location where we can do all 3 activities? With or without an excursion?

You can jet ski and banana boat along Seven Mile Beach. There are watersports rental places at most of the popular spots along the beach, and if it's not crowded you could likely just walk up. If it's crowded, you might have to wait and/or book a time for later in the day.

 

Stingray City can only be reached with an excursion as it is a sandbar out in the ocean. My recommendation would be to book an excursion that includes just that (it's often combined with snorkel stops) and then get dropped off at the beach afterwards for the watersports. Taxis back to the port are cheap and easy.

 

Your other option is to book a jet ski excursion to see the stingrays, and skip the banana boat.
