jackson bernard Posted September 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Hey is there a kiosk where the boat docks that sell shore excursions we are going next week but dont have anything planned except the second day when we are renting a small boat and plan on circling the island on our own. I don't want to rent a scooter and fall off again. But we want to go on some kind of organized tour just not interested in the excursions offered by the cuiseline. Is there anything that is a don't miss?
njhorseman Posted September 10, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 10, 2013 There is little in Bermuda in the way of "shore excursions" of the traditional cruise ship type. You can book private taxi tours and there are also some van operators, but usually you st an itinerary in consultation with your driver. Winsome Transport has 15 passenger capacity vans and offers tours, but normally you would have to reserve them in advance. Here's their website: http://winsometransport.com/ At Dockyard there are a number of water-related activities that can be booked. K.S. Watersports has jet skiing and parasailing, http://www.kswatersports.com/ and there are probably some companies offering boat excursions such as sunset boat rides, glass bottom boat rides, etc.
