Excursions offered right at port

A little background of our group. We are a group of 12 ( 6 couples in our 40s). Some of us have cruised and some are 1st timers.....

We have a private tour planned for St Maarten so I am not sure if doing another tour would be that fun for the group. Are their a lot of vendors offering different tours/excursions right at the port here?

We are thinking some might want to do one thing and others something else and this maybe a good day for the group to split...and then again we maybe totally off base and want to stay together.

Will we have some options if we don't book in advance?

You will be docking at the WICO pier and the Havensight Shopping Mall. As you exit the ship walk to the entrance of Havensight, there will be a person to direct you to the type of tour you would like to do. They have open air vehicles that can handle your total groupor you can split up if you like.
