They are made up whichever way you desire and if it is wrong when you get there just tell the stateroom attendant. It will be changed by the time you eat dinner. It is the very least of your worries.

When you book your cruise, either through a travel agent or directly with Celebrity, in addition to specifying your dining request you will be asked whether you want the beds together or apart. Once in a while when you first enter the room the configuration will be wrong. If this happens, just tell your stateroom attendant who will change them during the evening turndown service.
