Educate me on price drops

This latest sale has me looking at cruises for next year. If I book it through this sale, will I be able to get a price drop before final payment is due? Or can I not do that with this rate? And I also wonder if I decide to change my cruise (also before final payment), what are the penalties? Thanks!!!

as long as you don't book early saver, you can do anything you want before final. No penalties

Ok, so if I book this room and pay a deposit, and then 4 months from now it drops in price, will I apply for the price drop? or just rebook? And if I have to cancel, will I get my deposit back, or only be able to apply it to another cruise? thanks for the help!

you call whoever you booked with and get the price changed. No penalty before final payment before final. Read the terms
