bradsnana Posted September 22, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2013 We will have about 2 hours between excursions in grand cayman and we were looking for a good place to eat lunch besides Margaritaville and the Hard Rock. Any suggestions? Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app
matj2000 Posted September 22, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2013 Grand Cayman is one of the most $$$ in the Caribbean. I remember getting 2 froz drinks and an order of chz fries. It was $39usd. That was like 10 years ago...

Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app we went to a pub over looking the water. Called "breezes" or something. the prices and food was really good and reasonable. we went up stairs. Was not one of the ones you mentioned very nice and clean.
Daisy May Posted September 22, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 22, 2013 We love the fish and chips at Breeze's. If we get off the ship that's where we have lunch. Unfortunately nothing in Grand Cayman is inexpensive. Sherry
TEXASMUNK Posted September 22, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 22, 2013 If, between your tours you are back downtown, then Breezes works. What are your two tours and where does the first one end and the second one begin? If your second one begins, there are a ton of places along 7 mile beach that might also work....All depends on the finish of #1 and the start of #
OCruisers Posted September 22, 2013 #6 Share Posted September 22, 2013 We enjoy going to Paradise Bar & Grill. It's next to Eden Rock overlooking the water ... about a 5 minute walk from the tender dock. Their "World's Worst Fish Sandwich" is yummy! :) LuLu ~~~~

Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app IMHO: If price/quality is an issue you have plenty of time to return to the ship, freshen up, have a nice relaxing free lunch, and return for tour two. DW says more $$ for shopping that way. Just a thought. Enjoy :)
cruzeluver Posted September 24, 2013 #13 Share Posted September 24, 2013 Another vote for Breeze's Been there twice and really enjoyed it. For Grand Cayman, I thought the prices were reasonable, food and service have been excellent and its very close to the port area.
