On line check in question

i have done the online check in and printed edoc's. This is the first time it didn't ask for credit card info for onboard purchases. Is that no longer being done? It has been 10 months since we have sailed ncl and we did it then.

That will be done at the pier when you check in there.

The only credit card info I've given in the last few years has been for the cruise fare, excursions if you sign up or dinner reservations. Ship board accounts have always been done at the pier.

I have cruised twice with NCL and have never given that info online for the onboard account or the signing privileges. We have done that at the pier.

On none of my NCL sailings since 2007 have I ever given a credit card or assigned signing privileges on online checkin, only at the pier. Perhaps you are confusing NCL with another cruise line?

not since "2008", when I cruised for the first time did I give any information out but at the pier!

Never on all of our NCL cruises since 2009 have we given card information within online check-in, only at the pier.

Have you cruised on Carnival? I've had to give the credit card info when doing the online check in on my one and only Carnival cruise, never on NCL.

We only had to give that info on Carnival also, never Norwegian.

Guess I was thinking of ccl. This is only my 3rd ncl cruise, have 13 with ccl.

I have checked in online and printed edocs. Now it is just sit and wait for our cruise.
