I know it is a different ship, but my dad just got off the Explorer today after a B2B. He found out that they DO have escargot, it is just not on the menu. He had to ask his waiter to ask the Head Waiter for it. He had it all 10 days on the second leg of his B2B.

 

Try asking if they have it.
