What to do with a 5 and 7 year old on a Sunday in April

Any suggestions for excursions with a 5 and 7 year old on a Sunday in April? We're going to be there April 6, but only from 8-2. "Beach" tickets through the ship for Atlantis was $560 - CRAZY! - and definitely not worthwhile given the limited time were there and the lines/people due to it being spring break.

 

The only other thing that looks remotely interesting for both the kids and myself would be the Blue Lagoon Beach Day - but of course they don't offer that on Sundays. Not interested in going to their 'pet the dolphin' trip.

 

Any suggestions for something fun for the 4 of us on our first visit to Nassau?

Junkanoo Beach is free and just a 15 minute walk from the ship. You can rent chairs, plus food and drinks very reasonable.:)

There are also public beaches at Cabbage Beach (a little rough for the little ones), Junkanoo Beach and some that are not maintained along Cable Beach.
