BLU Menu

We are sailing on the Silhouette in January - first time AQ. Does anyone have a recent menu from BLU that can be posted? I am curious about what they serve for breakfast and dinner.

 

I did a search on CC but what I found was either way too small print or old posts.

Dinner varied, but this was the breakfast menu we had on the Silhouette earlier this year.

I guess I will have to do pics and menus from my TA, does anyone know the best person to talk to, to get the dinner menus, waiter, maitre d, butler?

And they are so accommodating in Blu that if you don't like what they have on the next night's menu, tell the M'd, he'll make sure you get what you like. But you need to tell him the night before.
