Jewel in the Canal with a surprise...

I was watching the Jewel pass through the Miraflores Locks, and laughed out loud when a surprise popped into the view. I managed to snag a few images and thought I'd share them...

Very happy that so many of you are enjoying these. This falcon totally made my day this morning, and I'm really glad I'm not the only person who thinks it's fun!

I knew there had to be at least one other CCer watching! I was so surprised when suddenly he/she appeared, and I laughed out loud! I'm just glad I had the presence of mind to start snagging some screenshots! :D

 

Not sure why you can't see the pics, though! I am somewhat technically challenged when it comes to this, so perhaps someone else can offer some idea of why they can see the photos but you cant? I would love to know what causes that. :confused:

Good pictures. I was also watching the Jewel go thru the canal but missed this. Will be on her on Oct 20th. It will be first time on the Jewel and can't wait.

 

The Panama Canal is on my bucket list for things to see.

Great pics! But sigh... There goes my deck 10 aft PH through the canal without me. We had to get off in LA and let the next paying customers board. Hope they're loving it as much as we did.:)
