On my Millie cruise (that ended 2 days ago) the SPE certified meals were available only in the MDR and Aqua Spa Cafe. Every day. Not in BLU or Bistro or the specialty restaurants. I don't know at this time if they're yet fleet wide. The are designated on the menu w/ a SPE notation.

Great to know Celebrity does a great job caring for their older ships. I've just been on Reflection and was a bit hesitant to book an older ship for our February cruise, but you guys have reassured me. :-) Thanks!
