Can anyone tell me if they have seen or done any kite surfing or paddle boarding in Grand Cayman?

Kite Surfing is done from Ocean Frontiers vicinity in East End. Winter brings better winds.

 

As a smallish island the locals will go to whichever beach offers the best conditions for the prevailing winds. Barkers, South Sound, East End, and Rum Point areas are commonly favored sites.
