Problem accessing account on P&O website

Anyone else having problems today accessing their accounts.?

Won't recognise my password, nor will it allow me access using my booking number.

Yes another one here who couldn't get in, kept saying it didn't recognise my password.

I had problems too, got into personaliser using bilking reference but even that crashed in the end

Inconvenient as I need to access the times for some excursions I need to book and you have to go part way through the booking process to find them !

I had trouble to access both earlier today with P and O website account and cruise personaliser,which once logged in after several attempts had LOST our passport numbers.The website didnt recognise my email or password gonna try again now wonder if Hurricane Jude is affecting it?:(

I don't think I have ever not had problems accessing my on-line account...

I had to override the security I have on my PC to get into the cruise personaliser. My security didn't like the P and O site.

I generally have no problems at work but at home, I have to log in twice.

It can sometimes be down to browser incompatibility. Initially I had no problems accessing Cruise Personalizer for our cruise earlier this year, then suddenly couldn't any more. After several days of trying I contacted P&O and was told their website doesn't like Internet Explorer 10, which is ridiculous because IE10's been about for ages.

 

The solution is to press F12 on your keyboard. This brings up a little window at the bottom of the screen, which gives you the option of IE10 compatibility view. Click that and all should be fine.

 

Might not work for everyone or every scenario, but worth trying as it only applies to that particular website and doesn't make any fundamental changes to your browser settings or anything else.

Princess were having issues at the same time so I suspect it was an IT issue at their end.

I had a few issues thought maybe they were allocating our cabin no such luck but our e tickets did come on line!!!!

This is annoying we are sailing in a few days and it says unable to access your account, please try again later.

The removal of Getaway/Vantage fares might have something to do with it too, that's a lot of re-programming.
