A good friend has just drawn my attention to this - (which when we got to the small print does not apply to the UK)

 

Not sure if this was always on the US site, or whether it has just been laid out more explicitly but it is interesting

This is very interesting - I must have been living in a cave or something as I do not recall hearing about this at all. The way it is written it is very confusing, though. Only applies sometimes but they don't really spell out when it does or doesn't very clearly. If others who were more aware of this than I can clarify if this is really something new or not, I for one would appreciate it:)
