can someone explain to me how the "free onboard credit works" we recd a $200 per cabin onboard credit when booking the Oasis - does it get applied as a "debit" to our seapass account? can it be used at the bars or just in the retail shops on the ship?

It will be applied as a credit to your onboard account and will generally show up the second day of your cruise.

It can be used for gratuities, drinks in bars, specialty dining, onboard shopping etc and so forth. :)

And if you still have money on it towards the end of your cruise, you can go to the casino and ask for cash. The casino charges 5% fee for cash and they will only give you certain denominations back, there is a minimum, but I'm not sure if its $10 or $20.
