Just Dessert Please

Can I go to dinner and get just the warm chocolate melting cake? Skip the meal.

 

I have anytime dining to and usually get there when they up open but I think that would be a bad strategy if doing this.

Yes, I cannot think of a reason why you could not do this. And arriving after the first rush is a good idea.

That being said, we ate at the buffet EVERY night on the 7-day cruise because we preferred the food there. No WCMC ever on the buffet. Very sad.

I too, have NEVER noticed WCMC at the buffet. Besides, you need the two scoops of vanilla ice cream to go with it, and that would be a problem at the buffet. I say, just go to "Your Time" dinner, and order the WCMC. Should be no problem. ;)

Of course!! And you can get multiples if you really want... I am tempted to get bitter and blanc for the first part of my dinner :D Might be a bad example to my kiddos though!

Cant remember which ship but can narrow it down to Glory ,Liberty or Valor

 

My thoughts were they maybe made too many and the leftovers went to the buffet

Can you pull off the same idea in the MDR with late seating? Wouldn't want to hold up others at the table but love the idea of buffet followed by WCMC in MDR which is my dessert du jour every day:D Could I simply advise wait staff that we'll be back for dessert only:confused:

Of course you can do this but just be prepared for the servers to try to make you order a meal

 

For some strange reason they like to see the pax eat more. Probably hoping for a bigger extra tip at the end of the cruise

Saw it in the buffet only on the Valor. That was a few years ago, but it was definitely offered there.

I saw the WCMC on the buffet several times during on our 7-night cruise on the Triumph. After dinner we would meet the other couple we were traveling with on the Lido deck for hot chocolate, more dessert and card playing (yes, we are party animals). WCMC is my favorite, so I was excited every time I saw it...unlimited ice cream from the ice cream machine, too!
