Port Liberty & Lady Liberty...???

We have never sailed out of Port Liberty.

We have sailed out of Manhattan.

Please tell me about Sail Away Views.

What is Different?

I would imagine Lady Liberty is port?

Ditto for Ellis Island?

I would also think that Ground Zero would be behind us?

Thanks!

Port Liberty is south of all the attractions you mentioned, but you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Freedom Tower from the port. Also, as you pull into the port, instead of bearing left to pull up to the drop-off point, take the fork to the right and stop at the 9/11 memorial monument at the end of the pier. It is really quiet moving!

Yes.yes, yes. Make sure you're on the highest deck going under the varazzano bridge!

And remember, you go under it coming back to, and it's much less crowded!

Great pictures. It appears as if the ship barely clears the bridge.
