the english lady Posted November 9, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 9, 2013 I am wanting to book a P&O cruise. Could anyone tell me if there is anyone that prices a cruise cheaper than everyone else. Everywhere seems to be the same price depends what sort of price you want to pay. At the moment direct with Pando is approx. the same as through a TA..though a TA may/maynot be able to give OBC. If you want to book the actual cabin you want, book vantage. If you don't mind where you end up-except for grade wise, book getaway. different T and C for each fare are shown on the webiste. If it's for a cruise next year different rules apply.
badge1771 Posted November 10, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 10, 2013 Hi Dave Getaway prices are the best but P and O are changing these for next year to a similar type but not sure how this is going to work for us. What we do is know which cruise we want to go on and then wait (be patient!!) until a couple of weeks before we go and then the price comes right down. You can't choose a cabin but you an get some really good prices if you wait. Also the inside cabins are much cheaper than balcony. Aim for under £100 per night for balcony, £50 for inside. Rare Host Sharon Posted November 10, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 10, 2013 (edited) Welcome to Cruise Critic Daveth10. Sometimes you will get extra perks - OBC, case of wine etc - from some TA's - you really have to the leg work (or finger work online). Please note no-one is allowed to name specific TA's on Cruise Critic. Edited November 10, 2013 by Host Sharon
