hartskys Posted December 11, 2013 #27 Share Posted December 11, 2013 (edited) We need to go to MIA airport to Ft. Lauderdale hotel. Ant suggestions other than the rail or a taxi? Is there a shuttle? Thanks. We booked MJS and will be using them for the first time this weekend. We are going from FLL to Miami Hotel then after cruise using them again from POM to FLL. May want to check them out. trixiegal Posted December 18, 2013 #28 Share Posted December 18, 2013 I vote MJS. Had a great experience going from a FLL hotel to POM. They called to confirm and arrived earlier than the time given but had no problem waiting a few minutes on us to come down to the lobby and check out. Would definitely use them again. I also vote MJS. We used them for the first time from FLL hotel to POM and back to FLL airport. They were very good with communicating with you on where you were. I think with all these shuttle services you need to allow some time for them to fill the van. I think it took about 30 minutes for us to get out of the port. Mainly passengers trying to locate the van as it was a zoo. We even had some SAS passengers get in the van by mistake. When the driver realized it instead of kicking them to the curb he just called SAS (I guess he used to drive for them) and told them he had them. They seem to work cooperatively. Their brand new Mercedes vans were very comfortable.
zoncom Posted December 25, 2013 #30 Share Posted December 25, 2013 Judy, Courtesy of Feds we have a bus using 1-95 between the cities. Called Ride 95,its articulated(double) and bright blue. I see it on Biscayne Blvd, downtown Miami.which is near port. Pull up Miami-Dade transportation. Grand total-$2.35 pp.
