deedee290 Posted November 12, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2013 Does anyone know of a coffee plantation tour in Puerto Limon of nearby? I've also read that there are Juan Valdez coffee shops, any information about there? Thanks in advance.
Rare LHT28 Posted November 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 16, 2013 (edited) The only Juan Valdez I saw was in Cartegena We just walked to the supermarket but they only had ground coffee, some stalls inside the port gates had bags of coffee beans Maybe try a google search for tours to plantations Edited November 16, 2013 by LHT28
FunwardBound Posted November 28, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 28, 2013 I would suggest the Golden Bean coffee company if you can arrange it. Beautiful drive from Puerto Limon through the banana plantations and up into the mountains for a tour of a small boutique coffee company and nearby coffee fields. My wife and I did this about 5 years ago and enjoyed it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
