Upgrading to premium beverage package question.

I was told that I could use the coupon and get the 10% discount,

So on a 14 night cruise the cost is $161 so that would be a discount

of $16.10.

This is a special discount for Elite + members of Captains Club.

It can only be done onboard as it is with the vouchers left in

your cabin on embarkation day.

However the terms and conditions say that it cannot be used with

promotional packages (just found that out)

But once again different info from the web site and the staff on the ship.

I am going to wait anyway till I get on board as I can use my OBC to pay

For the upgrade.

I'm looking to upgrade online. It shows I have classic but when I go to select the Ultimate package, the site wants to charge me the full price and not $11.50 per day. What am I missing?

Also I do not think it has ever been possible to upgrade on line. I do not recall an upgrade option. I called Celebrity directly to upgrade even though I had booked using a TA.

Okay, thanks. I don't feel like calling, so I'll just upgrade at the first bar when I get my first drink. I did that on the Century a couple of weeks ago and that was painless.
