Day on the water/beach?

Is there a recommended catamaran or monohull daysail that perhaps stops at a beach/caye for a choice of snorkeling or beach time? We visited Goff's Caye last cruise and it was beautiful. Not interested in snorkeling this visit but if there's a beach there to enjoy that works. Also looking for a cat or other sailboat rather than the enclosed "lifeboat" excursion.

There are some out of San Pedro, but places like belize cruise excurisons or coral breeze excursions seem to use tender type boats for snorkeling.

Yes we went to Goff's caye in a lifeboat-type craft, fully-enclosed and not much fun! I know coming in on a cruise doesn't lend itself to great opportunities for a daysail but I will try them.
