Hi, we will be on the Oceana next Sunday and being that this will be our first P and O cruise and not being familiar with this ship can anyone recommend a nice bar to enjoy a pre diner drink in, we are on second seating in the main dining room. thanks

We've sailed quite a few times on Oceana and we're off on her again in February. She doesn't have a Crows nest-type bar which we love, so we normally use either Magnum's the Champagne bar if we're looking for a quiet drink pre-dinner or (and we prefer) Tiffany's on Deck 7 around the atrium, if we want to do some people watching. The problem with that is it tends to be very busy around 7.45 - 8.00 so it can be hard to find a seat. You would certainly get a seat in le Club as suggested by Wilson but IMO it lacks atmosphere despite the recent improvements.

After dinner I can recommend Winners on Deck 8 as Protocol perform there. They play a great selection of 60s, 70s and 80s music and there's always a great atmosphere.

Thank you both for your responses, it seems there is quite a good few choice's, we do like a nice buzzy atmosphere so Tiffany's sounds good and its on our deck so not far to walk.
