Just returned yesterday from an eleven day Caribbean trip on the Noordam and we were in cabin 7090. Great room with no A/C or plumbing issues. Balcony was large with no wind issues. Had Breakfast on it every morning. Had a strong Wi-Fi signal even on the balcony. No noise issues yet the elevator and stairs are very near. Two floors directly up to the food court and aft pool. Four floors directly down to the dining room. We loved the location and the cruise. I have pictures but have not yet downloaded them.
