Most definitely they can order off the regular menu!!!!! No worries :D

Our 8 year old likes to look at both menus to decide. Last cruise(Miracle) she ordered her own lobster tail. She will select some off the main menu and maybe some off the children's menu. Sometimes the children's menu has things we would like too!

I agreee- oldest son tends to order off the main menu, while younger sons tend to order off the kids' menu, but no problem if they switch to another menu.

We have teens, so they always order from the regular menu and always find something they like. Sounds like you have children willing to try new types of food...how nice!!

On our last cruise our girls did both. Some nights there just wasn't a main course that they liked, so they would order their starters then order something from the kids menu. It is a great time for them to try things they wouldn't normally try, especially if they may not like it, you're not paying a lot for it. They are looking forward to our cruise in two weeks!
