Bullring?

The best bullring to see is Ronda. It is really impressive and is one of the oldest in Spain. There is also a very interesting bullfighting museum there.

You can get there from Cadiz. It is about 70 miles but there is no train. How long are you in Cadiz?

There is a scheduled bus service which takes about 3 hours or you may be able to find an excursion to there - this company does private tours - maybe contact them for a quote

There is also a bullring in Valencia which also has a museum but it is not as impressive as Ronda. But if you did not want to travel too far it might worth considering this one.

I don't know much about the bullring in Cartagena

Yes, the bullring in Ronda is the oldest in Spain, but from Cadiz I would choose the one in Seville which, along with the one in Madrid is the most important in Spain. It also has a museum and they have guided tours in English.

In addition, Seville is a fantastic city to visit and much easier to reach than Ronda from Cadiz.
