Do they offer the dining packages on board?

Or do you have to book prior for the 3,4,5 night options? We're also considering ultimate dining package but are unsure since Summit only has two restaurants and we know it's not always available.

 

Formal night is starting to stress me out so leaning towards specialty dining at least on those two nights.

Yes they do and depending on demand the pricing gets better, as the cruise foes on. Don't stress about formal night you can always have dinner in your room which really is quite fun, or hit the buffet and sit outside, as well as specialty dining. After our last cruise where we dined in BLU we have pretty much decided no more formal nights for us!

As mentioned they can have sales for the specialty dining once on board. If you do not want to dress up and want to avoid the MDR, not eat in your room or a specialty restaurant, the buffet is available. Personally, I would glam myself up a bit and make it special and then eat where ever I wanted to.:D
