bktaylor30 Posted December 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) I just disembarked from the Carnival Triumph (Monday) and Guy Fieri's hamburgers are as good as advertised (especially the Pig Patty). mek Posted December 20, 2013 #7 Share Posted December 20, 2013 I thought they were delish on our March Glory cruise! They were large and kind of goopy with the sauce- I didn't expect them to be health food.

WazAnOkie Posted December 20, 2013 #10 Share Posted December 20, 2013 Straight Up. And be sure and try the chipotle sauce with the fries, instead of ketchup. Sent from my iPhone 5C using Forums mobile app.

michelle1836 Posted December 20, 2013 #13 Share Posted December 20, 2013 (edited) that was a long line you waited in for the burger. I like the potato sticks on the condiment bar Edited December 20, 2013 by michelle1836
Twinswithtwins Posted December 20, 2013 #14 Share Posted December 20, 2013 I've heard so much about the famous condiment bar but have never seen a post or photo of what is on it (except for the potato sticks from the above post). Can anyone give me an idea?

JillK Posted December 20, 2013 #16 Share Posted December 20, 2013 I have to agree that the burgers were amazing. Hubby and I thought they were some of the best we've had... for context, our favourite burger at home is Five Guys, followed closely by those from a local mom & pop restaurant which Guy's burgers are similar too (without the wow factor that Guy's has, mind you). One thing that we thought really enhanced the burger was the way the lettuce was shred so finely. Seems stupid that the way a topping is cut would affect the way you enjoy the burger but we found it really did. We really liked the toppings bar, which we used copiously despite the fact that the burgers came pre-loaded with Guy's recommendations. I liked reading in the book in our stateroom about how the whole thing came together between Guy and Carnival. Our camera died (and by died, I mean needs to be replaced died) on our second day of the cruise so I wasn't able to get any pics, but I'm sure someone will slap one up here to make you drool! Can anyone give me an idea? Those burgers were awesome! SO good! But I'm trying to remember what was on the condiment bar: There was a hot station with bacon pieces (yum!) and sauteed onions. There was also a separate cold station next to it with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers, etc...
