The gal on the other end said they had gotten my e-mail asking about Europe sailings. I said no I hadn't e-mailed them. (I had called them about a month ago, they told me they had no idea if Carnival was going back so I considered it closed and chose another line) She insisted I did. I again politely repeated that I hadn't to which she got rude with me and stated I or someone else in my house did. I can guarantee I am the only one in my house and did not. I was surprised at her rudeness and if she would just have said ok I would have asked her about a different cruise I had been looking at. But, I will call and talk to someone else. I'm sure my name is just on a list about Europe but I'm not sure why she would keep insisting when the customer said no. Just thought it was interesting customer service. Is there any questions I can help you with? and go from there.
