cruz chic Posted December 26, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 26, 2013 (edited) Wish they would offer better prices to those that book early rather then trying gimmicks. Edited December 26, 2013 by cruz chic
kjeanne2001 Posted December 26, 2013 #5 Share Posted December 26, 2013 (edited) I am disappointed this does not include May cruises. The 10% off shore excursions would have been nice. Edited December 26, 2013 by kjeanne2001

LindaM Posted December 27, 2013 #9 Share Posted December 27, 2013 Don't forget that those who qualified for Explore4 (in most cases) paid a higher cabin rate than those who didn't. HAL seems to have 2 rates. This is good for attracting newbies, but those of us on CC are onto them!!
sail7seas Posted December 27, 2013 #10 Share Posted December 27, 2013 I got an e-mail for that promotion. :o I haven't opened and read it yet..... but I will. :)
Rare Vict0riann Posted December 27, 2013 #11 Share Posted December 27, 2013 It seems like, as well as what's in the explore4 promo, there is some OBC, as well as a LOT of fine print!
CowPrincess Posted December 27, 2013 #12 Share Posted December 27, 2013 A bunch of us are looking at an Alaska cruise in May. Unfortunately, the promo is for June to Dec :( Sigh.... Thanks for the link though!
Rare LAFFNVEGAS Posted December 27, 2013 #13 Share Posted December 27, 2013 Explore4 Included either a Daily Beverage Package of $50 per person per day or a $50 Beverage Card for Caribbean or Mexico Cruises. The New Above and Beyond only has a Beverage Package for Europe ONLY. But it does offer Ship Board Credit and Reduced Deposit when reserving an Ocean View or higher category and a discount on"selected" Shore Excursions up to 10% off if you purchase the Shore Excursion by February 28th. Over all the Explore4 was a better promotion value wise but most of the sailings were also slightly more expensive. BTW the info on the Yahoo site is not quite correct, definitely not $400 in SBC :D It is just $200.00 per cabin. Again the key word used a lot for the promotion is the word "select" Not all Europe cruises are offering the ship board credit and Beverage card and it is definitely NOT offered on any Prinsendam sailings. sherilyn70 Posted December 27, 2013 #14 Share Posted December 27, 2013 My cruise is $400 less (combined) right now. I would get an obc of $150 but lose dinner in PG and my beverage package. I'm hanging on to explore 4 for now. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S4
