Budgeting help...Maya Key

I am starting to build our budget for shore excursions. We are booking through NCL for Maya Key. I believe lunch in included in this shore excursion. What other expenses should be prepared for during our day at this location?

 

We will be bringing our own snorkel gear (mask, fins, snorkel and vest) so I am not anticipating any expenses for gear rental.

Yes, lunch is included and it includes your drinks during lunch (it was like lemonade and water).

 

There's really no other cost unless you decide that you want other drinks (like soda or alcohol), or if you want to purchase something in their gift shop. That's all there is.

 

We did it with just paying the price of the trip there using the cruiseline. :)

I messaged Maya Key on Facebook and this is their response...

 

They accept US Dollars and Credit Cards for payment

 

Snorkel equipment rental (mask, fin and snorkel) $15 for the day with $20 deposit (refundable upon equipment return)

 

Sea Lion Encounter $25 must be 12 years of age

 

Shark/Sting Ray Snorkel $30 must be 12 year of age

 

Non alcohol and Alcohol beverages $2-$8

 

Tea and Water is included with lunch, snorkeling is at leisure, any land animal encounter and tours are included. As well as transportation to and from the cruise ship dock.
