Have you checked Trip Advisor? Seems there have been several comments regarding the company on their website.

I was looking for someone who may have taken a cruise excursion from them to get an idea of how they handle things and other information. :)

My friends booked a Paddywagon Shore Tour from Dublin, it was a private shore tour. They learned a great deal from the tour and saw the highlights of the city in just a few hours. It was money well spent and excellent tour aswell.
