I recently heard that he is on the Jewel and I sure hope that to be the case. We will be on the Jewel in 6 days and I'd love to have John D' Souza as our concierge again!

Hi Stephen,

 

We were on the Star in March and Hugo told me that he is the "permanent" HD on the Star.

But, I don't know his vacation schedule.

We really enjoyed him.

He is a very, very nice man.

BTW - We had Bruno in March as an Asst Concierge - he was training.

I thought he was very nice.

Sorry you won't get to met him.

 

The Officers and crew on the Star are amazing.

I think they are some of the finest anywhere.

We were in Copenhagen last year on the Star - awesome X 3.

 

If Aldo is still Beverage Mgr - you are lucky.

Also Ronnie - he was Mgr of Moderno in March.

Last year he was Mgr of LeBistro.
