Santorini and Mykonos excursions

DH and I will be cruising the Greek Isles in May 2015 (yes, I like to plan ahead) and wondered if anyone had a great private tour guide they could recommend in these locations? I do know that we are going to do our annual Christmas photo on the donkeys going up to Santorini (I believe it is Santorini) with Santa hats. We have cruised the Eastern Med. prior with stops in Athens, Ephasus, Crete and Messina so this trip is exciting to us.

 

Any recommendations or ideas is very appreciated.

We are sailing May 16, 2015, on the Emerald Princess, Athens to Rome.

Yes, many people plan far ahead! Sorry, I have no suggestions for any of the Greek Islands we're visiting as this will be our first time to any of them.
