ID or passport to board?? Help

I lost my drivers license. I have a valid passport. Do I need ONLY my passport to board?? On the website it says I can usr passport but it says all passports also need government issued ID.

Help! We sail Saturday!!

I always use my passport to board when coming from shore. Works just fine.

You need "any" government issued photo ID plus you ship's card to enter "some" port gates to get to the ship. To get on the ship, once past the port security you only need you ship's card. Some people do not like to carry their passport for whatever reason, but if you don't have a DL, than you will need to carry it with you.

 

Note not all ports need a photo ID

You will only need your passport and sign & sail card. As a precaution since you don't have a valid DL or state ID, I would have a photocopy of your passport in your safe just in case you lose your passport in port.

Thanks everyone. I was panicking that they weren't gonna let me on the ship.

 

Soooo glad I have a passport!!!

 

 

And I will for sure make a copy since it's gonna be my only lifeline.

 

 

In 2 days I'm gonna b on the victory!!!!!
