lizaj1 Posted January 17, 2014 #26 Share Posted January 17, 2014 I am really curious about L108 on Royal. I wonder what limited access to the balcony really means. Does the balcony wrap around? I have never seen this type of disclaimer for other ships.
corsage Posted January 17, 2014 Author #27 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Reading all the positive comments how many people have enjoyed the Lido deck, has made it very interesting to book our next cruise on the Lido. We are looking at the Royal so there should be no concern about the noise above since that will be the santuary. Location would be great to where the pools and muts and all the different venues of food. Sounds good to me.
CI66774 Posted January 17, 2014 #28 Share Posted January 17, 2014 I am really curious about L108 on Royal. I wonder what limited access to the balcony really means. Does the balcony wrap around? I have never seen this type of disclaimer for other ships. A few people have posted photos of L107/08 here. Seems like very nice rooms. Large, wrap around balcony. Apparently, balcony only is restricted in rough seas. People who have stayed in these cabins had access to the balcony while at sea.
diversmom Posted January 18, 2014 #29 Share Posted January 18, 2014 We have stayed on the Lido a few times. Like it. We've been told best place is about the middle of the ship. No matter what deck. If you are on either end, you feel the movement of the ship a lot more.
