[TROUBLEAWAITS]

For years I have sailed the Celebrity.... with Sylvan Carvalho....HE IS FROM GOA INDIA.... who was the maitre d'... Part of the Celebrity family..... I sailed in April this year, and was amazed to not see him there? Someone said he was fired? I find this very hard to beleive !!! Does anyone have infomation on our favorite maitre d" ? All of the waiters I asked on the ship were very closed mouth ??? ANY INFO??

Hi...I remember seeing Sylvan. He was on Century in March. I remember him

from one of my earlier cruises as well. I sat at the Captain's Table and he was

one of our Waiters.

 

What ship were you on in April?

 

Unless he has left since March. Can't tell you anything more.

Yes.... He Was There In March Of 2005..... And The Very Next Month In April (when I Sailed)... He Was Gone....

I Guess... Here Today Gone Tomarrow... Lol...

I Actually Think I Remember You From Your Picture... In Fact...... Were You On The Century... June Of 2002.... I Remember The Band They Had On That The Ship... They Were Called Xtasea.... They Were Great... Well... I Think That Is How You Spell The Name Of The Group.... Nice Talking To You.... And If You Hear Anyting About Sylvan... Let Me Know....:d

I wasn't on Century in 2002...actually, I didn't start cruising until May 2003.

That was my first time on Century. Then in Jan 2004 and again in March of

this year.
