Where can i find obc posted to my account from my carnival stock. I sent in my request about 3 weeks ago and just want to see if it has been approved.

Should be able to find it on cruise documents. Under general information.

Am I reading it correctly in that the shareholder OBC cannot be used for gratuities? How does it work of you have multiple types of OBC, one of which can be used for gratuities and one of which cannot?

That's not true. My experience is that you can use the shareholder OBC for gratuities if you haven't prepaid them. If you have multiple types, the most restricted one that applies will be used first, followed by the rest.
