98Charlie Posted July 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 18, 2005 We have cruised more than once on NCL and X. The menues of each do not seem to have had any siginifcant changes in the past couple of years. How often do the lines change menues? CaptData Posted July 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted July 18, 2005 It's often more of a tweak then a change. Celebrity has Micheal going around now so there may be some changes soon. Due to training, money ect changing menus is a big thing so general they do not change whole menus ever. Example is that cruises less then five days no longer have lobster according to reports. This was to save money as on a seven day cruis you only need lobster once but on a five day cruise you could end up with buying lobster twice in one week. Fourteen day cruises give them a break on lobster as they serve it once but usually have the soup twice to three times.
98Charlie Posted July 18, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted July 18, 2005 Capt. - That seems to have been our experience. It seems that I have read in the X magazine about "exciting new menues" but it is probably more like new items. Thanks, Charlie
