tankwastheworldsbestdog Posted January 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 17, 2014 I just called C&A at RCI to ask if our next cruise will be decorated for the holidays and the lady said she had never been asked that question and couldn't find it in her FAQ's. We just got back from the Enchantment on Monday, so I understood that for our Jan 10th cruise the decorations would already be removed. We're sailing the Brilliance 12/11/14 and are hoping the ship will be decorated? Thanks for any insight.
ryano Posted January 17, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) Seems like I read they started putting up the decorations during the Thanksgiving cruises. Could vary by ship though I guess. Edited January 17, 2014 by ryano

britty1 Posted January 17, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 17, 2014 We were on a Thanksgiving cruise and they started that week to put up the decorations including the tree. By the end of the cruise we were taking pictures with the christmas tree. :D
TheCalicoCat Posted January 17, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 17, 2014 We cruised the week after Thanksgiving (a couple years ago). They were decorating as we were waiting to leave the ship.
Denise5374 Posted January 17, 2014 #7 Share Posted January 17, 2014 I sailed Oasis over Thanksgiving week of 2011 and the decorations were put up at some point during the week. I 'm sorry I can't remember what day.
oneputt18 Posted January 17, 2014 #8 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Just sailed Oasis 12/7, decorations were up. Did Indy, Navigator, Oasis and Allure the last 5 years on or around 12/6 and they were always decorated.
Cruisin Around Posted January 17, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 17, 2014 Does anyone know when the decorations start to come down? We are thinking of a 12/27 cruise and are hoping that they will still be up for into the new year.

We are thinking of a 12/27 cruise and are hoping that they will still be up for into the new year. We've seen the decorations still up on cruises during the first week of January.
