Am I correct in thinking that Costa does not open the buffet self service restaurants in the evenings and that the only option apart from the main restaurant or the extra price restaurants is maybe a pizza?

 

Also what are the chances of snagging a table for two persons?

For the most part that's true. But then again it depends on the ships demographics.

 

A table of two is possible, (tables are by request) maybe not if you are booked in a "Classic" cabin.
