Don't know for sure, since these are all new restaurants on the ship, and no one has experienced any real scheduling yet. On other ships, Izumi and Giovanni's are open for lunch.

Izumi is open for lunch on Oasis Class, so I would assume it will be on NOS as well.

Izumi is open for lunch on the 3 sea days on the Navigator for the 3/2 sail date. We just made reservations.
