Anchorage city tour?

We will be staying at Captain Hook hotel in August for 1 and 1/2 days. We would like to take a tour while we are there, either a Hop On/Off bus or city tour.

 

Is there one near the hotel?

There's the Anchorage Trolley:

But most of downtown Anchorage is easily walkable.

 

Grayline of Alaska used to do an Anchorage tour, but I don't see it on their website anymore:
