Yacht Club Elevator Key

I seem to remember someone explaining how to use the elevator with your YC key so it would go directly to the deck you wanted without stopping on other floors. I tried a search but was unable to locate the post. If the OP could link me to their post or explain again I would appreciate it! Thanks!

It works if no other floors have already been pushed. Your butler will explain it in person.

It's a little bit more complex than that.

 

If you put your card in the slot and press a call buttton, your call over-rides any other all made from outside of the lift, but doesn't over-ride calls made from inside the lift.

 

Once you are in the lift the same priorities work (over-ride external calls but not internal calls) if you again put your card in the reader and press a button whilst the card is in place. when you have pressed your desired floor(s) you remove your card.

 

this only works on the "YC priority lifts"
