Distance from Ship to Dolphin Discovery in West Bay

We are thinking about going to Dolphin Discovery during our afternoon in Grand Cayman. Does anyone know how long of a taxi ride it is from the ship terminal to the West Bay location. Would we have enough time to do a 3pm dolphin time that last 45 minutes and make it back to the ship by 5:30?

I think it would depend on how fast you get changed, and if a taxi was pre-arranged to be there to pick you up right away. It's maybe 20 minutes by taxi, without traffic snarls. That time of day, you might run into traffic snarls. :(
