Yes it is! We are on the legend and have been told we will not reach the pier until 11am. Many flights have been missed. Carnival is allowing passengers to use the phones to dial airlines. Fortunately for us our flight is not until 8pm

AIS has both ships about 1/2 way 'tween the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and the port and making 10 - 11 knots . . Dawn in front and Legend following

Yes. It's a little foggy today in downtown Tampa - but, well heck, it'll go away before noon.
