Questions on trying to book Choice Air on website??

I am trying to book airfare for April using Choice Air. I can get to the "Flight Option" screen and then can't find where to select the flight and continue on. It may be my computer, but I tried on 2 different ones. Also, I am Platinum so

I shouldn't be charged. Does this automatically happen or do

I have to call Choice Air.

I went through my reservation on Royal Caribbean Website and tried ChoiceAir.com as well.

I found it using Explorer and could continue.

 

I could get all the way through, but it shows a 15.00 Choice Air fee, which I thought was waived for being Platinum according to the C/A benefit diagram, Is this not the case?
