I am wondering if at coco cay if you do not go on any tours can you just walk into water and see fish etc.etc.

Or would you have to be snorkeling to see anything.

How deep is the water .

Also how far a walk from ship to decent beach .

Thanks

Very small island. If you are able to walk a few miles you have no trouble seeing the entire island. Yes... you can go into the water... it is the Caribbean so it is clear water. As far as fish... just like anywhere you might or might not... but they are there. It is a WONDEFUL beach day!

Once you are off the tender you'll be right at a beach (well.. not far) Enjoy!

We love Coco Cay.

We get ourselves a spot on the side of the island that has the kids watermark area by coconut willies beach. I find it a lot quiter over there and the beach is a lot longer. On that side of the island depending on the tide you can walk out quite a ways and go he entire length of he island.

We have seen many fish including stingrays, small sharks and barracuda.

The aqua park for the kids can be a lot if fun but we found that when our kids were under 10 they needed a lot of help getting up on the floats and castles etc..

A great day to just relax and take it easy.

The kids loved the waterside the best. Buy the all day pass for it as opposed to the single ride tickets.

Coco Cay is a private island owned by RC. Once the ship arrives then you board onto a smaller ship that takes you to the island. Then the beaches are right there in front of you. You can walk the beach or just lay around in a chair. There is so much to do there and it is breath taking.
